Origin Project & Development Management Pty Limited (ABN 55 097 662 550), trading as Origin Properties, has been providing professional services to the property industry since 2001.
The company was formed after recognising the demand for professional advisory and management providers, which provide a dedicated service to select property groups, rather than spreading resources across a large range of property owners and developers.
In addition to providing traditional project management services, Origin Properties offers development and advisory services as a supplement to client in-house capability. Clients value the level of flexibility this option provides and recognise the inherent benefits of involving Origin Properties during the initial planning process.
Though we can operate remotely from Origin Properties offices, we often work from client offices, thereby seamlessly supplementing and effectively enhancing in-house capability. We recognise the importance of proactively working in a team environment and adhering to client operational and probity requirements.

Origin Properties is owned and managed by John Ifield, who has over 30 years experience in the property development and construction industry, having held senior consulting positions with both private and listed companies, including GPT, DEXUS, Local Government Super, Stockland, Walker Corporation, Sydney Adventist Hospital and ICI Australia. As an independent consultant, John has been responsible for real estate transactions, due diligence, partnering, leasing, master planning, rezoning, authority approvals, project delivery and ongoing strategic planning. Such services have been provided across a broad range of property sectors, including medium to large scale retail, commercial, residential, industrial and manufacturing, health, aged care and high technology sectors.
